Research Centre in Management
CERGI
It is a hosting and material support structure for the research projects of professors and researchers from the Management department (LAREM) or the Finance department (LAREF), for which it serves as a mandatory gateway, particularly for those preparing their habilitation.
- To constitute a Centre for Studies and Research in Management at ISCAE, whose primary mission is to promote applied research
- To benefit from the continuity necessary to fulfil its missions
- Promote research within ISCAE Group
- Bring together research work and provide a meeting space for researchers
- Create the synergies necessary for publications that enhance the scientific standing of the institution
The CERGI is managed by the Group's Director of Research, assisted by the Centre's Council and an administrative officer.
Each research structure is represented, managed and coordinated by a head. The research structures are composed primarily of permanent researchers. They are secondarily composed of temporary members (Moroccan or foreign associate researchers, doctoral students) and research assistants (distinguished students from the Normal Cycle).
The CERGI prioritises applied research, publishes research papers, organises internal/external seminars and conferences. The CERGI summarises its activities in a periodic newsletter as well as in an annual report.

The SME CHAIR
The creation of a chair aims to improve, advance and disseminate knowledge in particular areas of research and teaching, areas that prove consistent with the mission, vision and strategic objectives of ISCAE Group.
The creation of a chair is the prerogative of a Scientific Committee established for this purpose. This Committee is composed of:
- the Director of ISCAE Group acting as president
- the Director of Research
- the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs
- a chair head from the group
A proposal to create a chair must be submitted to the Scientific Committee and may be submitted by one or more internal parties (professor, department, directors, etc.) or external parties (potential partner, centre or institute, etc.). Such a proposal should provide all the essential information needed for its assessment (chair objectives, link to the group's strategy, planned activities, secured or potential funding sources, strategy for attracting and retaining researchers, etc.).
- to recognise, support and retain ISCAE Group professors whose quantity and quality of achievements in research and teaching are clearly considered to be of "high calibre" by their peers and the academic community
- to attract highly recognised and eminent professors to ISCAE in order to ensure that particular areas of research and teaching become strategic assets for the School
