HR Management and Transformation
The Master's in Human Resources Management and Transformation offers a comprehensive approach to mastering the competencies needed to develop and implement the overall policy of private and public institutions as they navigate the challenges of the 21st century. Transformation is addressed as a continuous strategic process aimed at modernizing HR management and adapting it to technological, social, and economic developments. Managing HR processes, supporting an institution's growth objectives, competitiveness and innovation — these are the challenges facing managers confronted with the demands of AI. This new program is designed to build the agile skills of HR managers and professionals or consultants eager to acquire know-how and practices aligned with organizational vision, while enhancing the employee experience by fostering an environment that balances performance requirements with a CSR policy.

Know Your Management Profile – Psychotechnical Test
Applied Professional Thesis
Participants must complete an applied professional thesis on a project related to their company, sector, and area of activity. This work is supervised by an ISCAE faculty member.
A research methodology seminar and six supervision sessions are provided. The defense takes place before a jury of faculty members and professionals.
Assessment Methods & Admission
Assessment Methods
Courses are validated by a minimum average of 12/20 per module. A grade below 8/20 in any subject requires a resit in the second session.
Assessment is based on continuous assessment, final examination, attendance, and participation. The program concludes with the defense of the professional thesis.

Written Test
Test designed to verify mastery of the fundamental knowledge required for entry into the Master's program.
Oral Test
Test aimed at evaluating the applicant's synthesis and communication skills.
Professional Thesis
Defense before a jury of faculty members and professionals.
