Objectives

Human Resources Management

In a context marked by profound organizational transformations, the Human Resources function has become an indispensable strategic lever for performance and value creation. Faced with uncertain, competitive, and constantly evolving environments, both public and private organizations now expect far more from HR professionals than an operational role: they must be strategic partners, capable of anticipating change, supporting transformation, and managing human capital as a true competitive advantage. It is in this spirit that the Specialized Master's in Human Resources Management was designed. Through a practice-oriented approach, grounded in real-world experience and adapted to the Moroccan context, this master's program enables participants to transition from a support HR function to a strategic HR function that creates lasting value for the organization.

01Structure and steer an HR strategy aligned with the organization's objectives
02Implement innovative practices in talent management and skills development
03Effectively support organizational and cultural transformations
04Make informed HR decisions through an analytical, data-driven approach
05Strengthen their role as a business partner and key driver of performance
